At Decorating Evert, operated by Decorating Evert Bruijnesteijn B.V., we want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom accessories. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines, timelines, and procedures for returning items or requesting exchanges in full compliance with Dutch consumer law and Google Merchant Center standards.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of parcel delivery to initiate a return or exchange request for any item purchased on our website.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in clean, resalable condition.
We accept returns for both defective products (damaged in transit, broken, faulty, or incorrect item sent) and non-defective products (customer remorse, change of mind, or wrong color/size selection).

3. Return Costs & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping Costs: Free (€0.00). We cover all return shipping costs for both defective and non-defective returns.
Restocking Fees: Free (€0.00). We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer care team at Info@decoratingevert.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once verified, our team will email you a prepaid, printable return shipping label.
Download and print the return label at home.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, affix the printed label to the outside of the box, and drop the package off at any authorized drop-off point for the designated carrier (PostNL, DHL, or DPD).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model:

Follow the standard return steps above and notify us of the replacement item you want.
We will dispatch your replacement order as soon as the carrier registers the initial drop-off scan of your returned parcel. You do not have to wait for the package to arrive at our facility.
